The hosts' warm hospitality, and I loved how they provided detailed directions to navigate the narrow country lanes. The breakfast was a feast for the senses, with a good array of locally sourced ingredients that left us satisfied and energized for our day ahead.

I had such high hopes for this place, but i ended up dissapointed. The advertised wi-fi was abysmal, i mean, i almost needed to send a carrier pigeon! Didn't offer breakfast, which ruined my plans. And after everything, i expected a complimentary upgrade, which would have been nice. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Corporate hotel in a very quiet area near places to visit and a lovely old pub. Amicable staffs, gave a few recommendations. Well-appointed room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Secluded location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Church of st Peter.

My one-night stay was wonderful! The room was comfy with a great shower, and breakfast was delightful. Alison's scrambled eggs truly stood out. navigating the last stretch was a bit tricky at night.

Excellent breakfast with a variety that will keep you full all day-those scrambled eggs are something to write home about. The views from the hotel are fine, and the garden is beautifully landscaped, perfect for some relaxation time.

The last stretch of road leading to the place is a narrow challenge, especially for newcomers-use that horn. Some rooms felt a bit cramped, and there were limited dining options nearby for an evening meal, which could be a hassle for those wanting to dine close to home base.

An unexpected countryside retreat

The garden views and peaceful area were great, while the thoughtful touches in our room added to the comfort. Exploring Tiverton and nearby attractions was easy, thanks to the clear directions provided by our hosts.

The last stretch of road to reach Brambles can be challenging due to potholes, but it's manageable if you're accustomed to country lanes. Although it was not a major inconvenience, it might catch some guests off guard.

Just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Tiverton (Devon) with attractive and competitive value for money. The room had a lovely quaint vibe, making it clear that the hosts care about comfort. Make sure to enjoy the garden view during breakfast.

The brambles is set in a lovely village and boasts a gorgeous garden filled with beautiful flowers. The room was clean with lots of nice touches like tea and snacks. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. Alison was so friendly and accommodating.
